Finergy Development, LLC, headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, is a real estate development company focusing on commercial, hotel and mixed-use residential developments.
Finergy is looking to expand its portfolio of wholly owned assets through diversified products such as upscale, extended-stay hotels, commercial / residential mixed-use developments, and raw land developments.
Our focus is to generate attractive returns by taking over bankrupt projects, challenging renovations or long-term rezoning processes. We are also looking forward to the successful development of limited service hotels throughout western Europe with the first project breaking ground in 2010.
In partnership with its construction affiliates, Finergy also developed an innovative industrialized, steel frame construction technique that we are now using on most of our new projects.

We actively manage every phase of the real estate development process including closing, financing, engineering, design, construction and FF&E purchasing through our in-house resources and sister companies.
Finergy is also very involved in the local community. The company is a Trustee Member of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and a founding member of the North Trail Alliance of Sarasota. |
