Born in Saracena, Italy, Enzo is a self-made businessman. He started his professional career in France in 1980 in a construction company as a laborer. Enzo made his first real estate investment in 1981 using his savings from his hourly pay. After obtaining financial independence in 1988, Enzo became and remained self-employed ever since.

companies in various fields of the industry in Northern Europe. Companies included a brewery, a business in the metals industry, a site work development company, and a stone and marble company and employed more than 1200 workers.

His European portfolio is today made of single-family residences, office, retail and apartments buildings. This portfolio is maintained and developed by his in-house construction, development and management divisions.
He moved in Florida in 2000. His first real estate investment was the management of condo units in the Westin Innisbrook Resort of Palm Harbor, FL. The business was sold in 2001 at the start of the Homewood Suites by Hilton project in Sarasota, FL.
The project team was awarded the Best Conversion of the Year during Hilton's conference in Las Vegas in Feb. 2005. The developer also received an award from the City of Sarasota and Sarasota County for "Making Sarasota More Beautiful". |
