Description: This is Phase 1 of the SRQ Innovation Green project. It consists of a 108-room Hampton Inn & Suites built in a tradition of the Sarasota School of Architecture. This is also the first Hampton Inn to earn a LEED Silver Certification in the world and the only LEED Certified hotel in Sarasota. Finergy partnered with a public entity. The hotel is built on the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport property. |

Description: Construction of a 65' high, 4 story, 19,000 square feet office building in downtown Sarasota (Main Street). Construction staging was challenging due to the limited size of the lot (6,240 square feet). Project earned LEED CS Silver certification, becoming the first newly constructed building to earn such certification in Sarasota. The project designed by local architects (John Pichette and Michael Halfants) has a unique, modern design. |

Description: Conversion of an incomplete Assisted Living Facility into a 100-room Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel. Buildings sat vacant for 7 years and had to be retrofitted to meet the newest Florid Building Code and Hilton Standard. The project earned Best Conversion of the Year from Hilton and GE Capital.
